Comments: The 1960s Cap animation gave us the classic Captain America theme song but, at the same time, this 45 record was also doing its own Captain America theme song. That along with a short story of Cap during WWII round out the audio on this hard to find gem.
The cover art is funky, isn't it? They also made ones for Thor, Spider-man, and the Hulk. You can find mp3s of the audio squirreled away on the interwebs if you look hard enough.
