Item: Captain America "President Fires Cap" Mini Poster

Comments: In 1987, to help promote the upcoming Gruenwald story where Steve Rogers steps down as Captain America and John Walker takes over, Marvel put out these 11 x 17 promotional posters at comic book shops. It is a striking image but I don't recall it being the actual President that fired Cap. More like Cap resigning to a committee.
